This dress is from Gymboree. The matching wings could no longer be found, but with 2 sets of wings from a dollar store, I made a successful sister look.

Costume Shopping Tips 3
Check out big sales every year. When you go for red balloon sales at Gymboree or end of season sales at department store, don't forget to dig for costumes. There might be leftovers as hidden treasures.
This dress is from Gymboree. The matching wings could no longer be found, but with 2 sets of wings from a dollar store, I made a successful sister look.
